Joseph W. Brady takes us to the Modway project, the huge (1,055,360 square foot), state-of-the-art warehouse and distribution center and centerpiece of the Hesperia Commerce Center. Updating progress on the project are Covington CEO Ken Sheer and project foreman Matt Moccia, who tells how many construction workers are involved, and how weather (winds and temperature extremes) pose the biggest challenges.
