Mr. Joseph W. Brady, CCIM, SIOR, and President of Joseph W. Brady, Inc., dba The Bradco Companies, is pleased to announce his firm exclusively represented Mr. Tom Moffett, Mr. Kelly Moffett and Mr. Michael Moffett, formerly the founders of MWB Business Systems, and the sale of their building located at 14397 Amargosa Road, Victorville.

The building at the northeast corner of Amargosa Road and West Sage Street consisted of 0.63 acres and 7,932 square feet of office building. After MWB Business Systems purchased the vacant land in 1985 for what would be their corporate office, the new glass office facility was built. “The site had so much history, it made us extremely proud to be involved,” said Brady.

In 1992 MWB Business Systems became Sharp’s largest copier dealership in the United States, with offices in Ontario, Victorville, Lancaster, Paramount and Van Nuys. The brothers thought that MWB Business Systems, located in Amargosa Road, could be the beginning of the company that would organically grow with dealership offices to serve the greater Southern California mid-market businesses and companies that had corporate offices in California, along with colleges and schools, to help them manage and save cost for their entities, including their copier needs.

“It is exciting when you represent companies that made their great and successful start in the High Desert region, and I was humbled nearly 15 years ago to earn the business of the Moffett brothers who were so well-known when I first came to the High Desert market,” said Brady.

The property sold for $910,000. “We were pleased to work with Mr. Tao Ngo of Lee & Associates (City of Industry) and his client Hawk Eye, Inc. on this acquisition,” said Brady.
