Paul A. Casilla & Joseph W. Brady Set New Industrial Building Sales Record in County

A 3,000±-square-foot property located in Adelanto, Calif., has been sold recently by Paul A. Casilla and Joseph W. Brady, CCIM, SIOR.

“We are very pleased that this sale in the Adelanto Industrial Park III set an industrial building sales transaction record for San Bernardino County,” said Brady.

Brady is President of The Bradco Companies, Inc., the longest standing commercial, industrial, office, retail, and land brokerage firm in the High Desert region.

The property located at 9329 Cassia Road, Adelanto, consisted of 1.22± acres with a 3,000±-square-foot industrial building. The property sold for $1 million and set a new industrial record at $333.33 per square foot The property is part of Industrial Park III, a 288±-acre industrial park with parcel sizes that range from 1.00± acre to as high as 11.00± acres and offer a variety of size of industrial buildings.

“We set this record due to the low availability of buildings and the continued interest of those wanting to invest in the agricultural cultivation industry that the City of Adelanto has recently approved,” said Casilla, a Senior Commercial Sales and Leasing Associate for The Bradco Companies.

Casilla joined the firm in January of 2014 and is an active Realtor member of the High Desert Association of Realtors. He also represented the buyer, FCCC Management, LLC.
