Joseph W. Brady, CCIM, SIOR and President of The Bradco Companies, is pleased to announce its successful sale of two automotive facilities, Buldings A and B, located at 12972 Hesperia Road in Victorville, Calif.

The buyer of the property was Carrera 22, LLC — Carlo and Stacy Berro — represented by Steven Thompson, Commercial Sales Associate for Coldwell Banker Commercial, Victorville. “This was somewhat a bittersweet sale for our firm as we had such a great working relationship with two great owners plus Patty and Chuck Deen, whose family originally built these facilities. Due to the distance and the fact that they would be moving in the future, it was time to sell the properties,” said Brady.

“Over the 22-year relationship, we relied solely on Joseph Brady of The Bradco Companies and their management company Alliance Management Group to advise us on every aspect of leasing and ultimately the sale of our property,” said Chuck Deen. “Joseph’s candid honesty and his ultimate concern for what is best for my wife and me as well as our family made for a great long-term relationship.”

Building A consisted of 2,940± square feet and was originally developed as a lube-and-tube facility; Building B — 4,992± square feet — was a secondary automotive and repair shop. The facility is located on the west side of Hesperia Road just south of Nisqualli Road by Farmer Boys Restaurant and Duane’s Automotive.

The building sold for $725,000, The SBA lender was Gary Moore of Alaska USA Federal Credit Union, Business and Commercial Services . The SBA portion was handled by Gwen Bedics, SBA Relationship Officer of Enterprise Funding.
