Casilla represents multiple tenants in Hesperia office

Paul A. Casilla, Senior Commercial Sales & Leasing Associate with Joseph W. Brady, Inc., DBA The Bradco Companies; the High Deserts longest standing commercial, industrial, office, retail, and land brokerage firm has recently facilitated multiple leases in a prominent Hesperia office complex otherwise known as the Clock Tower Professional Center located at 16501 Walnut St. in Hesperia, Calif.. The property is owned by Mr. Dennis Fitzgerald, President of Amberwood Holdings, Inc., who has owned and operated the property since July of 2002. “Paul Casilla has played a pivotal role in my choice to continue working with The Bradco Companies for leasing my buildings.

Mr. Casilla is an excellent communicator and has remained focused on providing great customer service,” said Mr. Fitzgerald.

Initially, Mr. Casilla completed a lease on behalf of Mrs. Stephanie Malocco- Motley, of Stephanie Malocco Farmers Insurance. This five-year lease with two five-year options will allow Stephanie Malocco Farmers Insurance to establish a long-term presence and continue to grow her business. “We were looking for a very exceptional location and an exceptional landlord; and we fell in love with the Clock Tower Professional Center the moment we saw it,” said Mrs. Malocco-Motley.

“We were extremely impressed with the first-class service we received from Paul. He helped us negotiate a fair lease and he closed this deal in just a little more than two days. His followup was probably the best follow-up we received with any commercial broker in our company’s history,” she said.

The second lease completed by Paul A. Casilla was for Mr. Agustin Azpericueta, owner of High Pass Design. High Pass Design recently moved their offices from the City of Claremont to the Clock Tower Professional Center. “Mr. Casilla provided us with great service and consistent follow-through throughout the entire leasing process,” said Mr. Azpericueta.

Mr. Casilla’s third lease at The Clock Tower Professional Center was completed for Ms. Patricia Dorobiala, MFTI, and her partner Ms. Wanda Cox, LCSW, who were looking for a safe location to move their therapy practice. Ms. Dorobiala said, “Paul was very knowledgeable and helped us every step of the way from start to finish. When we had questions he was always ready to help us understand.”
