Want/Need +/-400,000 Sq. Ft. of Contiguous or Immediately Adjacent Industrial Spaces in Southern California

Joseph W. Brady, Inc. dba The Bradco Companies has a client that is in need of +/- 400,000 Sq. Ft. of contiguous or immediately adjacent industrial spaces in Southern California to store vehicles (will consider less space if the economics work). The property requirements are:

  • Building(s) must be secure
  • Allow for vehicles to be parked inside
  • Tenant will need this building(s) with a contract dated March 1, 2019 (Will need the building(s) prior to the date of the agreement, likely early January 2019) for 3 years with options
  • Southern California location preferred
  • Configuration of the space can be in multiple buildings on the same site
