Stirling Development Selects The Bradco Companies To Market 28 Acres At SCLA

Stirling Development has recently announced the selection of Joseph W. Brady, Inc., dba The Bradco Companies, as the exclusive commercial Real Estate Broker to represent their firm in a master-planned industrial subdivision of approximately 27 acres that will break ground in the mid 2018.

The industrial and commercial lots will be customized and arranged for a minimum of approximately two acres bound by innovation Way, which is on the far western side of Southern California Logistics Airport. The site is just south of the Dr. Pepper-Snapple manufacturing facility.

The lots will be fully finished and will have power, water, gas, and sewer infrastructure, making this the High Desert's premier commercial/industrial park. These owner/user lots will complement the existing approximately 3,800,000 square feet of space already developed by Stirling at SCLA.

"Since the day that we became the master developer of Southern California logistics Airport in conjunction with the City of Victorville, we have had a great working relationship with Mr. Joseph W. Brady, CCIM, SIOR and his team at The Bradco Companies," said Dougall Agan, President and CEO of Stirling Development.

"The Bradco Companies has facilitated numerous leases at SCLA including the largest lease ever completed by a High Desert Broker when they did the initial lease of United Furniture Industries, approximately 505,192 square-foot facility that is now on their second full three-year renewal," said Agan.

There is an extreme shortage of quality and available industrial product in the marketplace right now," said Paul A. Casilla, Senior Commercial Sales and Leasing Associate of The Bradco Companies. "These lots are a much-needed solution for businesses looking to expand their operations in the High Desert."
