Paul A. Casilla, Joseph W. Brady facilitate largest industrial building sale in Barstow of 2016

Mr. Joseph W. Brady, CCIM, SIOR and President of Joseph W. Brady, Inc., dba The Bradco Companies, the High Desert's longest standing commercial, industrial, office, retail and land full service brokerage firm was pleased to announce that Mr. Paul A. Casilla exclusively represented Mr. Robert De La Luz in the purchase of a property at 2374 E. Main Street in Barstow, California.

Mr. Brady held the listing and represented Ms. Diane Serafino, her brother Mr. Jimmy Miller, her sister Ms. Mary Garcia in the Estate of Carroll G. & Peggy A. Miller, and in the sale of the former property occupied by Miller Transfer and Storage.

 "I was extremely humbled to have earned the business of the Estate of Carroll G. & Peggy A. Miller, long-time members, owners and residents of the Barstow region, when they chose our firm to list these extremely well-located industrial buildings on East Main Street," explained Brady.

"Many of the siblings that were a part of the estate were all very well respected individuals throughout the Barstow region which made their representation even more important to our firm," said Brady.

The property consisted of two buildings. The front building was approximately 11,017 square feet and the rear building was approximately 10,200 square feet and consisted of approximately 2.03 acres. The property sold for $750,000.
